CASA: CULTURAL DIVERSITY LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
CASA: Celebrating All Students' Achievements is a teacher driven initiative created to address the educational disparities of ethnic minority students. As a founding member, I proposed, developed, and implemented the Connections program. This was a leadership mentoring program that focused on building relationships between our high school CASA mentors and "at risk" elementary students.
